Articles can be a key factor in giving your site high rankings in search results. The higher your site ranks, the better your chance of building your database and getting sales.

With that said, you want to make sure you include the following 4 Important Ingredients into your Article Marketing:

1. Article Relevant Keywords

An article needs to be built on relevant keywords and keyword phrases. Consistent keyword use and distribution within the article brings you visitors looking for the topic you’ve written about. This means, it should be your target client! Keyword and Keyword Phrase usage in your article wants to be specific to your products and services.

2. Article Keyword Density

Once you’ve established correct keywords and keyword phrases, you want to use them powerfully. An article must have good keyword density for a search engine to recognise its presence. Articles should have ten to fifteen percent of keyword density in their content for search engines to rank a site high in their search results.

Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or keyword phrase is used in an article. With a very high density, the essence of the article may get lost and may turn off a reader as well as the search engines. 3. Informative Article Content

Aside from using keywords and phrases, your article needs to be easy to read and make sense. You want the article to be regarded as good reading material. Articles must be able to entertain people as well as provide the information they were searching for. Articles should be written well with correct spelling and good grammar. If you want people to trust you, make your article information relevant and well thought out.

4. Linking Articles

Linking your article to other material, products or services or an offer on another page on your site is often overlooked by business owners. Making an offer or leading the reader to another page on your site is the most powerful part of using article marketing. Make sure you don’t overlook this!
